MORE ANSWERS TO THOSE WHO OPPOSE MAKING RAPISTS PAY FOR THEIR SURVEILLANCE

Some officials will oppose making sex offenders pay for their surveillance and claim sex crimes are down. This is a lie. Prosecutors used to charge rapists with rape. Now they plea-bargain many of these cases to assault or contributing to the delinquency of a minor. They are running on their records, and they inflate them to look good.

Rapists watch reality crime shows and are becoming smarter at making victims wash to get rid of DNA. They also are intimidating victims, especially children, to stop reporting.

Women have to pay hundreds of dollars for rape kits in many states. Many can't afford to undergo testing. Lazy police forces don't have thousands of these kits checked, or they throw them out. This scandal led to a federal law aimed at stopping this hideous practice.

Illegal immigrants are committing scores of thousands of rapes a year, mostly on their own females. Sex trafficking of unwilling foreign women and girls is up. So are "honor killings."

Gun sales and gun carry permits for women are up. So are the sales of pepper spray and cards to check for date rape drugs. Women wouldn't be taking more measures to protect themselves against rape if there wasn't a greater problem.

There is an upswing in building private prisons. If crime is down, why aren't we laying off judges and prosecutors? Why are we turning to rent-a-cops to run many prisons?

We don't even secure our own borders or balance our federal budget now. What makes you think our politicians would be any more adult about protecting children voluntarily? Far too many of them are unpunished sex offenders themselves.

TSA agents routinely violate young children, old people, and especially pretty American female travelers with excessive patdowns, while they refuse to profile for jihadists or others who are prone to harm travelers. Innocent air travelers' fares pay for this abuse. Why is it okay for TSA people to feel up the innocent after taxing them for the "security," and not okay for sex offenders to pay for their ongoing surveillance??

Politicians impose fees and taxes on us routinely without our consent. Just check your utility bills, for example, to see how they chisel you every day. What makes released rapists so special?

SHORT OF EXECUTING RAPISTS, ONLY STEPPED-UP SURVEILLANCE OF THESE VERMIN WHICH THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR WILL HELP PREVENT THEM FROM FINDING MORE VICTIMS.
